Shipping Details
All corals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for arrival by 10:30am, except in some rural areas where FedEx doesn't deliver until 4:30PM.  Corals are packaged in multiple plastic bags and packed in styrofoam lined boxes.  Since we ship all months of the year hot and ice packs are included when weather requires them.   Shipping is one price of $49.95.  This  price includes overnight delivery, packaging and hot/cold packs as needed. Free Shipping

Shipping Schedule
Overnight shipping is required for all livestock purchases. If you wish a specific delivery day please note in the comments section.   Saturday deliveries can be made however they is an additional $12 charge.   FedEx requires this extra charge for a Saturday home delivery.

DRY GOODS SHIPPING CHARGES
During checkout, the website will automaticlaly quote multiple shipping options based on the products purchased and destination zipcode. Customers may choose their most cost effective shipping option.  Dry Goods normally ship in 1-2 days business days.

ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE
Great care is taken to ensure only premium healthy coral are shipped.  All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive.    On the rare occassion you have a DOA  the following must be done for the Reef Deep Guarantee.  Coral must have been delivered on the first attempt, DOA means it is dead on arrival in the bag.  Please send a digital photo of the dead coral in the bag  and send to info@reefdeepaquatics.com  within 2 hours of delivery.  Do not dispose of the specimen until you have contacted Reef Deep and have been instructed to do so.  We do not credit shipping charges.  Credit is given for a future order within the next 45 days.  Please contact us immediately if you have a questions or concerns with your order.  We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages from FedEx.  A claim will have to be filed with them.   If you suspect  a weather delay could happen between your location and Minnesota please notify us to schedule a different delivery date.
